I can offer you outdoor individual or small group sessions to help you with the following;

Cycling

  • Develop your cycling technique through understanding your bike and gearing
  • Bike skills such as gearing selection, braking and cornering skills
  • Road etiquette for group riding, time trialling and personal safety
  • General cycling tips

Running

  • I can assess your running technique through video analysis both shoed and barefoot, and the use of a technical GPS watch with running performance metrics
  • Teach you some skills and drills to help improve your technique
  • Develop your speed and teach you about pacing
  • Take you through interval and speed training sessions to improve your fitness, VO2max and anaerobic threshold and push your limits

Triathletes

  • Teaching you some skills to get through transition quicker and easier
  • Practice aid station skills or get in/out of your wetsuit quick and easy
  • Race/event nutrition and strategy planning

Online Event Coaching

Nige has spent many years preparing programs for various people in differing sports at all sorts of levels. Over time and with advancement in technology and the online market, he has developed some online coaching templates to enable coach and athlete to communicate, write, review and plan your daily, weekly and monthly training sessions all remotely.

Boot Camp Nelson

Nige is one of the trainers who takes Bootcamp sessions for Boot Camp Nelson. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels as you work at your own pace and intensity, but in a fun, supportive, group environment. All sessions are outdoors (unless wet, where we go to a local indoor gym), at a few different Nelson locations. We utilise the outdoor environment and our own body weight to create full body session to develop your strength, endurance and fitness all in one.
