I believe coaching should be an interactive partnership between coach and client to optimise every session working towards the greater goal. Whatever level your goal is, whether it's first time event completion, or to ensure you get the most out of each session you do during the week or to find that extra 2% to get you near the top of your potential, then I can help you achieve these goals. I have spent more than 10 years preparing programs and coaching a variety of people in various sports at differing levels, from the weekend warrior participating in local events to elite athletes representing NZ.

Over time and with advancement in technology and the online market, I have developed some online coaching templates to enable coach and athlete to communicate, write, review and plan your daily, weekly and monthly training sessions all remotely, online with no physical or face to face contact required. This allows you to view your program online anywhere, anytime on any device and update what you have completed for your coach to see. I can review and analyse your completed sessions, (performance metrics and subjective feelings) and depending on the level of service you choose, can analyse some sessions with heart rate, pace, GPS data on how the sessions went to better plan your future training. I offer complete program design with daily sessions, weekly and monthly programs and an annual plan based around your goals, time and life balance.

Boot Camp Nelson

Nige is one of the trainers who takes Bootcamp sessions for Boot Camp Nelson. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels as you work at your own pace and intensity, but in a fun, supportive, group environment. All sessions are outdoors (unless wet, where we go to a local indoor gym), at a few different Nelson locations. We utilise the outdoor environment and our own body weight to create full body session to develop your strength, endurance and fitness all in one.
